- Professional development - for both lawyers and support staff. Our lawyers regularly exceed the minimum CPD requirements and we support our staffs’ further education initiatives. Our salary packages include generous professional development allowances and have for example included funding a masters degree for an employed solicitor.
- Technology & support - We realise our people cannot achieve efficiency without appropriate information technology and other systems support. We strive to maintain and upgrade these systems so that our staff can deliver services as efficiently as possible. We also understand the importance of mentoring and providing a cheerful team environment.
- Maintaining flexible & family friendly work arrangements - We understand that family comes first. Many of our staff enjoy flexible working hours so that they can have the opportunity to meet family commitments, enjoy their children’s special events participate in the community and so on. We consider that while work is important, it is imperative that our office arrangements are supportive of our staff and their families.
